These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prevayo platform ("Service"), operated by Prevayo ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Prevayo is a platform for prediction market data from Kalshi Exchange. Paid subscriptions are currently paused; see section 4. The Service includes AI-powered scoring, market scanning, arbitrage detection, portfolio tracking, and related analytical tools.
The Service also includes automated trading. If you connect your Kalshi API credentials and activate a bot, Prevayo will place, modify and close real orders in your Kalshi account automatically, using real money, without asking you to confirm each individual order, and at times when you are not present or logged in. You choose the category and the amount allocated; the Service selects contracts, sizes positions and times entries and exits on your behalf according to the configuration of the bot you activate. You can stop an active session at any time.
Automated trading can lose money, including the entire amount you allocate. Bot performance shown anywhere in the Service is derived from simulated (paper) trading unless explicitly labelled otherwise, and simulated results do not account for all real-world execution conditions. Past or simulated performance does not predict future results. Our own testing has not demonstrated a trading edge, which is why paid subscriptions are currently paused.
Prevayo is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Kalshi, Inc.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service. By using Prevayo, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
To access the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid subscriptions are currently paused and the Service is free to use. We are not accepting new subscriptions while we validate live automated execution. No payment method is required and you will not be charged.
If and when paid subscriptions resume, access will require a subscription at the rate displayed at the time of purchase, billed through Stripe and automatically renewing at the selected interval unless cancelled. We will not begin charging any existing account without notice and an explicit opt-in. Prevayo does not charge performance fees or take any share of your trading profits.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Promotional discount codes may be offered at our discretion. Promo codes are subject to availability, expiration, usage limits, and may be revoked at any time. Promo codes cannot be combined, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Prevayo does not provide financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. All analysis, scores, signals, suggestions, and outputs provided by the Service — including AI-generated content — are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any prediction market contract or financial instrument.
Prediction market trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance of any tool, score, or signal does not guarantee future results.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data, analysis, scoring, or signals provided by the Service. Market data is sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Arbitrage opportunities and edge scores are theoretical calculations that may not reflect real-world execution conditions including slippage, fees, and market movement.
If you choose to connect your Kalshi API credentials, you do so at your own risk. Prevayo stores your Kalshi API credentials in order to operate. Automated trading requires our systems to place orders on your behalf while you are not present, which is only possible if your credentials are retained. Your API key ID and private key are stored in our database, with the private key encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. They are used solely to authenticate requests to Kalshi on your behalf.
You can remove your stored credentials at any time from your profile settings, which deletes them from our systems and stops all automated trading. You may also revoke the API key directly in your Kalshi account at any time, which immediately invalidates our access regardless of any action on our part. We recommend issuing a dedicated API key for Prevayo rather than reusing one.
No storage of credentials is perfectly secure. We are not responsible for any trades executed, losses incurred, or technical issues arising from the use of the Kalshi API integration. You are solely responsible for any orders placed through the Service.

All content, software, design, branding, and proprietary methods within the Service are owned by Prevayo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial analysis purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prevayo and its owners, operators, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prevayo and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading activity.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Idaho.
